Bulk Calls

These tun asynchronously and return and id to poll for the result

For bulk calls we expect a rate not exceeding one call a minute. If you have lots of data flowing regularly in small batches it is recommended to group that and send in less frequent larger batches. This will allow for faster calls and processing overall.
